I like to keep my own training varied, this approach reflects on how I like to train clients in the gym too. Other than the training in the Gym I enjoy activities such as running, hill walking/running, mountain biking and boxing.

I have been involved with health and fitness from a young age. I played ice hockey for over 10 years and played at SNL level and have regularly attended the gym since I was young to maintain a good physique. Health and fitness is my passion, I have always believed it is important to have a healthy lifestyle and I have always stuck to a strict routine for myself taking advantage of my knowledge.

I became a fully qualified personal trainer in 2011 after deciding to pursue a full time career in something I love doing. As I am passionate about health and fitness this makes my job easier to help others with their goals. I love getting satisfaction from helping others achieve and knowing this has had a positive impact on someone's life.
