Personal Training
8 sessions per month: £425
Each session is a 1-hour in-person session. You will receive a free consultation before starting, and your first session will include a full movement assessment to ensure you receive a fully tailored programme designed specifically for you.
Online Coaching
£150 Per Month
Online coaching is a premium, fully personalised service designed for people who want expert guidance, structure, and accountability — with complete flexibility.
This is not a template programme.
You’ll receive the same level of precision, attention, and strategic planning as in-person coaching — delivered in a way that fits seamlessly into your schedule.

This is online coaching but with the benefits of a check in PT session once per month.

ABOUT ME
I’ve been a Personal Trainer since 2016 , over the years I’ve had the privilege of helping clients transform their lives for the better. I work with both men and women to lose body fat, build muscle, and improve overall fitness and strength.
“Walk The Walk”
Throughout my own fitness journey, I’ve gone from building muscle to getting lean for a photo shoot, and now I’m competing in Hyrox fitness events with a hybrid training approach which is a mix of strength and conditioning.
This has allowed me to experience a multitude of training methods giving me more knowledge and experience to pass onto my clients whether the goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, improve your fitness or compete in your first Hyrox event.
I’m here to take the average gym-goer and unlock a version of themselves they didn’t even know existed!
