Online Coaching is the online option for Personal Training, this allows you to adhere to a structured routine but in your own time. With Online Coaching you can expect to receive a fully detailed and easy to follow workout program and nutritional guidance while being coached in between with full support on any sticking points you may have along the way.

How is this specific for you?

Prior to starting any program, i will book in a call to have a chat with yourself to fully understand what your capabilities are, and any potential limitations with injuries etc.

I aim to design the best program that will suit you, taking things like your current lifestyle, available hours in the week, what gym you have access to, into consideration when piecing a program together.

I treat everyone as an individual when it comes to program design so that you receive the Personal Training with Online Coaching.

Having accumulated more than 7 years of experience as a Personal Trainer at a bustling Gym located in the heart of Edinburgh, I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of individuals.
